Learn to Fuse 2 day Course

Date: This is a 2 day course that can be arranged for mutually agreed days.

Time: 10am -3pm with a half hour break for lunch.

Glass fusing (kiln formed glass) is a fun and addictive hobby, the possibilities of what you can make are endless. Anything from jewellery, framed or sculptural art to tableware.

This is a private course and has been carefully designed to give you the practical tools and confidence you need to begin creating your own fused glass projects independently. The course covers safe glass cutting, a variety of techniques that you can build on and experiment with, and clear information about firing your pieces in the kiln. Please bring a packed lunch with you; tea and coffee will be provided during breaks. I would suggest leaving at least three days between sessions to allow adequate time for fusing and cooling your first pieces. If you would like an additional day to develop or finish a project of your choice, that can be arranged on request.
