Refunds & Returns
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with a description of the issue and, if possible, photographs of the item.
I will be happy to offer either:
a full refund, or
a replacement item, where available.
Refunds for faulty items will include the original postage and packaging costs.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives with damaged packaging, please take a photograph of the parcel before opening it, and then photograph the contents if they are damaged. This will allow me to make a claim with the delivery company.

To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
It must be in its original condition and packaging
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
